2008 Whidbey Island Marathon & Half Marathon Expo
The event expo is free and open to anyone who would like to attend.
Expo Date/Time:
Saturday, April 12th, 2008 (Noon to 8:00pm)
Expo Location:
Oak Harbor High School Field House
950 N.W. 2nd Ave, Oak Harbor, WA (See Map)
Participant Packet Pickup:
Participants must attend the expo between noon and 8:00pm on Saturday to pick up their race packets that include their timing chip, race bib, and participant goodie bag.
Driving Directions:
From Highway 20 in Oak Harbor, follow the posted event expo directional signs.
From Highway 20, turn west on Whidbey Avenue, turn right on NW Jib Street, drive straight and enter the High School parking lot. The expo will be inside the big white dome shaped building located at the front of Oak Harbor High School. (See Map)
Who will be there:
Multiple companies and organizations representing a variety of fitness clothing, accessories, events, community organizations, organic foods and tourism activities will be exhibiting at the event expo.

4:00pm: NEW Organic Pasta Dinner starts
7:00pm: NEW Organic Pasta Dinner ends
8:00pm: Expo Closes
NEW Organic Pasta Dinner
Held at the Event Expo site, the NEW Organic Pasta Dinner is sure to be yet another highlight of the event weekend. With foods provided by Nature's Path Foods, Organic Valley Family of Farms and a number of other healthy organic sponsors, the NEW Organic Pasta Dinner will provide you with a healthy and fun opportunity to load up prior to your race the next morning. The dinner costs $20 for adults and $5 for children 10 and under. Space is limited so be sure to purchase your tickets in advance.
