The Event Expo is FREE and open to anyone who would like to attend.

The Expo will include a large number of vendors and exhibitors plus information about the next day's races. Expo activities include registration/bib and chip pick-up, goodie bag and shirt pick-up, and volunteer sign-up.

Expo Location:
  North Whidbey Middle School
  67 Northeast Izett Street
  Oak Harbor, WA

Participant Packet Pickup:
It is strongly recommended that participants pick up their race packets at the Expo between 11:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. on Saturday. If you cannot make it to the Expo, an alternative option may be to have a friend pick up your packet. Please provide a permission slip.  We DO NOT recommend waiting until the morning of race day to pick up your packet near the start line, if there are long lines, you may miss the start of your race.

Changing Events? Do this at the Expo. Cash, check or credit card will be accepted for New or Changing Registration.

Expo Vendor Opportunities:
There are expo booth spaces available so if you are interested in promoting your business or organization at the event expo, please complete and return the EXPO Exhibitor Application form - coming soon!  Mailing instructions are on the form.

Driving Directions:
From Highway 20, turn east on Whidbey Avenue, turn left on Izett Street.  Look for directional signs at the school.

Who will be there:
Multiple companies and organizations representing a variety of fitness clothing, accessories, events, community organizations, organic foods and tourism activities will be exhibiting at the event expo.
