Water Stations will be located every 1-1/2 miles to 2 miles apart. Gatorade will be at every other station with water and we will have GU Energy Gels at miles 4 and 10. There will be basic medical supplies at each station including, but not limited to bandages, antiseptic creams, Vaseline for chaffing and heat blankets. Porta Potties will be located at each water station.

Navy Base Important Info: GoPros or similar video recording devices are not allowed on the Navy Base portion of the course and will be confiscated if you are using one. Military personal will be on that portion of the course and have authority to confiscate those items.

Clothing Bag Check area will be located near the start line. We will provide bags for you to place your clothing in or you are welcome to bring your own as long as your bib number is placed on the outside of the bag.

Shuttle Information

There will be shuttle service available starting at 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Prior to that time shuttles will be busy transporting runners to the start of the Full Marathon. Please do not get on a shuttle that is heading to the full start unless you are running the Full Marathon.

From Oak Harbor Hotels: Coachman Inn, Best Western Candlewood Suites and Auld Holland Inn.

After the race there will be shuttle service from the finish line celebration back to the hotels starting at 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Pacers will be on the course.

If you are a walker please be careful to allow runners to pass. Do not walk together in rows as this can be quite difficult for a runner to get by.
